On this page, you will find the privacy statement of Next Level Value (the ‘Responsible Party’). Please read this privacy statement carefully. This privacy statement explains how the Responsible Party handles the processing of personal data. It explains, for example, what personal data is collected and for what purpose the personal data is used.

If you are a trader and are connected to the platform to bid on offered objects (capital goods) for valuation, a record is made of the valuations/objects that you are interested in, what your bids are and what comments you make on the bids. Once the valuation has been completed, you will be informed whether or not the bid has been accepted. If the bid is accepted, the information will be used to complete the transaction resulting from the bid. The collected data may be used at a later stage to enable us to request more targeted valuations on the basis of trade that matches your interests. That way, you receive fewer requests from trade in which you are not interested.
If you are a user of the application and request bids (valuations) for objects (capital goods), a record is made of the valuation requests you make and which valuations will or will not lead to transactions. If the valuation results in a transaction, this information is used to complete the transaction. If necessary, you can use your e-mail address for the newsletter.
Transfer to processors and third parties
Personal data is processed by companies that have been engaged by the Responsible Party for the performance of the contract. The law calls these companies ‘Processors’. They include, for example, the company hosting our website or App. The Processors act under the responsibility of a Responsible Person.
Personal data will also be shared with third parties if the Responsible Party is required by law to pass on such personal data to competent authorities.
